Possibilities are contingent. All one can be is contained in what one
already is. It's necessary true that a frog can jump far away and that
it eats flies, but a frog can not become a prince, no matter how hard we
want it to. Contingently means that it can be different, thus, all
a one can be is not determined. It all depends on a person because
humans are creatures that have on their disposal endless amount of
possibilities. I am one of those people who believe in freedom of will
and if I once again come across the same crossroad as I did before,
without knowing what I chose the first time, I believe that I would
(sometimes) change my mind and chose differently. I wouldn't do the
same. We have capacity for such great things. We have possibility to
choose differently. We can just wake up one day and not feel the same,
like we did yesterday. We can become what ever we want to because it's
contained in what we are already, people. No matter where you are
now, no matter how you feel, remember that you have a mind, remember
that your possibilities are contingent, remember that they are endless..
And remember that you can always chooose differently, because you're not

Mogućnosti su kontingentne. Sve što osoba može biti, sadržano je u onome što ona već sada jest. Nužna je istina da žaba može daleko skakati i da jede muhe, ali žaba ne može postati princ, bez obzira koliko jako mi to željeli. Kontingentno znači da može biti i drugačije, prema tome, sve što osoba može biti nije determinirano. Sve ovisi o osobi, jer ljudi su bića koja raspolažu sa bezbroj mogućnosti. Ja sam jedna od tih ljudi koja vjeruje u slobodu volje, i kada bih se ponovno našla na istome raskrižju kao prije, bez znanja što sam odabrala prvi puta, vjerujem da bih (ponekada) promjenila svoje mišljenje i odabrala drugačije. Ne bih učinila isto. Imamo kapacitet za tako velike stvari. Imamo mogućnosti odabrati druačije. Možemo se samo jednoga dana probuditi i ne osjećati se isto kao jučer. Možemo postati što god želimo jer je to sadržano u onome što već jesmo, ljudi. Bez obzira gdje si sada, bez obzira na to kako se osjećaš, zapamti da imaš um, zapamti da su ti mogućnosti kontingentne, zapamti da su beskrajne.. I zapamti da uvijek možeš odabrati drugačije, jer nisi zapeo/la. Osim ako sam odlučiš da jesi.. More ljubavi, S.
